At KVG Medical College & Hospital, we strive to maintain a calm, safe, and respectful environment that supports patient recovery. We request all visitors and attendants to follow the guidelines below to ensure smooth hospital operations and patient well-being.

Visitors are requested to adhere strictly to the above timings. Entry outside visiting hours is permitted only with prior approval from the concerned medical authority.
Visitor & Attendant Guidelines
- Only two visitors are allowed at a time.
- Only one attendant is permitted to stay with the patient on a 24-hour (overnight) basis.
- Patient attendants and visitors must carry the visitor/attendant card issued at the time of admission.
- Children below 12 years must be accompanied by an adult.
- During medical procedures or patient care, visitors may be requested to leave temporarily.
- Visitors must remain either in the patient room or designated waiting areas.
- Silence must be maintained to ensure a peaceful recovery environment.
We aim to provide a calm and restful atmosphere to assist all patients in their healing journey.
Safety & Hygiene Protocol
To maintain infection control and patient safety:
- Visitors are advised to sanitize their hands before and after visiting.
- Individuals with fever, cough, cold, or any contagious symptoms are requested to avoid visiting.
- Food from outside may be restricted depending on patient condition and hospital policy.
- Photography or videography inside patient care areas is strictly prohibited without permission.
Maintaining a Healing Environment
We kindly request all visitors to:

Respect the privacy and comfort of other patients.
Remain within designated waiting areas or patient rooms.
Follow instructions given by hospital staff at all times.
